Eureka moment

A sudden, triumphant discovery or realization, often accompanied by feelings of sudden clarity or relief.

Examples:

Aha moment

A moment of sudden insight or realization, often with a sense of relief and clarity.

Examples:

Cognitive relief

The sense of satisfaction and mental comfort that comes from resolving a cognitive struggle or confusion.

Examples:

Déjà entendu
